Warranty Policy

Clean Roaster Systems products are supplied with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects on rods, adaptors, sweeping heads, and equipment bags.

Wear and tear components such as whip line, chain, and steel cable are excluded unless a manufacturing fault is proven.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection or photographic evidence.

Return-to-base policy applies — customers are responsible for postage costs. International warranty returns are also the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy

You may return goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided:

• Items are unused
• Items are not custom-made

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of goods.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products and used items are not eligible for return.

​

Payment & Data

We do not store card details or share customer information with third parties.

EU Orders

Orders delivered to EU countries may incur VAT and customs charges payable by the customer.

Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being returned. Refunds will exclude delivery and return courier fees.

Deliveries

​

All courier deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. Be advised that we will not be held liable for any parcels that are missing if no one is present to provide a signature, even if you have requested that the parcel be left in a specific location.

It is the recipient's responsibility to track their package via their mobile phone or email and respond accordingly.

Additionally, as long as someone at the house signs for the package or it is accepted verbally via a video doorbell, this will also be deemed as a successful delivery.

All orders must be checked upon receipt by the courier to ensure all contents have been delivered, after 7 days we will not accept responsibility for any goods missing.
